I have problem, when i will play Q3

Two things you need: the nvidia XFree86 driver installed, and to configure your XF86Config to use that driver and load the glx module.

Second don't use "nvidia riva support" (rivafb) it is very buggy and causes (drawing + stability) problems with the nvidia drivers.

Like the others have mentioned, you have to install the Nvidia drivers and modify your XF86Config file. And when you have, you will/should get something like this when you run glxinfo:-

name of display: :0.0
display: :0 screen: 0
direct rendering: Yes
server glx vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
server glx version string: 1.3
server glx extensions:
GLX_EXT_visual_info, GLX_EXT_visual_rating, GLX_SGIX_fbconfig,
GLX_SGIX_pbuffer, GLX_SGI_video_sync, GLX_SGI_swap_control,
GLX_ARB_multisample, GLX_NV_float_buffer

Also make sure you read the Driver readme carefully.

And get rid of the RivaFb stuff, as you don't need it.
