Hi,
Is there any way to make X run with 1920x1080 on DVI of FX 5600 / FX 5200 ? I have a LCD panel which I can see it supports 1920x1080 (from EDID information), may I know how to enable the cards to go 1920x1080 at DVI ? Thanks. |

I'm not 100% sure if those cards allow that resolution as in the past for example Geforce2MX cards were limited to 1280x1024. But I assume it is supported then. To get such a high resolution you need to create a modeline or perhaps there are some modelines available online for your screen.
