1.0-5336 and RedHat EWS 2.1

I am trying to install 1.0-5336 on Redhat EWS 2.1 (Essentially redhat 7.3) with no success. /var/log/nvidia-installer.log says;

Rpm headers and kernel sources are installed;

I have installed older versions of the Nvidia-IA32 driver on similar systems in the past and have had no issues. Whats wrong?
