Quitting X with TV-OUT -> screen goes weird

Hi

I recently installed the 5336 drivers on linux 2.4.25 with XFree86 4.3.0.1. Worked great until I tried the TV-Out. When I edit my x-config and starts x the picture goes out to the tv without problems. But when I exit x the picture goes back to the display but I get a buch of werid chars in different colors. The funny thing is that linux is still running, I can see how the chars on the display changes when I write something, and when I start x again the picture shows out nicely on the tv. But the same thing happens when I try to exit.. I've seen other people having the same problem but all they say is that you should "disable" tv-out, but I want to use it! Any ideas? I've tried with Option "NvAGP" both 1 and 0..
