I've got an amd duron 1.1 and a gforce mx440. I'm new to linux, I've installed the SuSE 8.2. The video card works fine (under linux I do not use it at "full speed") Anyway I would like to install proper drivers. I've seen there are three options
Linux IA32, Linux IA64 and Linux AMD64 I suppouse it has to do with architecture, therefore I should download and install AMD64 drivers. Am I ok ? |
