Unhappy Need advice for a tvout program

hello... is out there a program to help me configure tv-out for nvidia drivers ? (you known... like in windows, or like ati control panel under linux.... (I was a redeon user, but because of the horrible linux drivers, full with bugs I was obligated to sold my card and buy a nvidia one)

Dunno about a program. I would just add these lines your device section:
Option "ConnectedMonitor" "TV"
Option "TVStandard" "NTSC-M"
And you can switch between different layouts with
startx -- -layout "TV"
if you called it TV for example.

that doesn't work. i just get a bunch of unresolved symbol errors.

check if you have the nvtv module loaded, or if XFree86 is loading it. Also, you may want to specify if you're connecting through S-video or composite.

Another thing: If you're getting unresolved symbols, there isn't a program out there that will work. Frontends only work well when the stuff behind it is configured properly. Or that's been my experience anyway.
