I have a GeForce 5700 card and the MSI KT8 Neo FISR2 motherboard. The official nvidia drivers dont compile under 2.6.6. I compiled the patched drivers for nvidia from http://minion.de and it compiled fine. When I installed it and started X it my computer just hangs and locksup.
Anyhelp in getting it working is really appreciated. If you need any further information please feel free to contact me. |

The current nVidia drivers require 8k kernel stacks. Sometimes 2.6 kernels default to 4k.

I have installed the drivers from the same location and they worked fine with me. I have FC2 on an amd64 3200. Here is my xorg.conf for your reference!
One thing I am concerned with though, I have a worning in my X log file about AGP: Quote:
