Default TV-Out won't work in FC1 with GF2MX or GF4MX440

Ok I am running fedora core 1.I installed the latest nvidia drivers, and am trying to get twin view working so I can output to my tv via the AV(GF2MX) or SVIDEO(GF4MX440), Both cards are AGP and I get the exact same result with both cards. I should note that I dual boot with winxp and use the latest Detonator drivers and I can use clone display perfectly with both cards.

The video that is output to the TV almost looks like when you have a VCR and the tracking is way off, scrolls kinda crooked from top to bottom rapidly and is all squigly and in black and white.

Anyway here is the xf86config file maybe I have somethig misconfigured. If it matters, I am in Canada and the TV is a Panasonic HDTV 53" widescreen cinema vision, again it works with this exact hardware under winXP.

Anyone have any ideas on this problem? Perhaps should I post this under a different forum?
