Default kernel: 0: nvidia: trying to map 0xefed0e00 to kernel space, but we're in an interrup

I get the following messages in syslog or dmesg when I run glx applications:

Jun 25 17:33:38 localhost kernel: 0: nvidia: trying to map 0xefed0e00 to kernel space, but we're in an interrupt or holding a spinlock

The performance is very poor. The HW:

Card: AOpen GeForce FX5200
MB: ASUS A7V600-X
CPU: Athlon-2600+ (Barton)
OS: Debian Sarge, Kernel 2.6.7

The driver works with a geforce2 ti without any glitch.

You might want to look at http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=28449

(That thread does however not contain any solution... but I have reported it, so chances are it will be fixed in the upcoming driver version...)

Did you get any feedback from nvidia? And do you know when the next release will take place?

Nope, no feedback...

And I don't know much about the upcoming release... All I know is that the're saying that the driver will be out "soon", and that it (from what I've understood) is being tested by partners at this point...
