Exclamation Mandrake 10 and 6106 Driver

Ok heres whats happening ... I install the 6106 driver , edit my XF86Config-4 , boot into X and everything fine. When I reboot the system the video becomes unreadable and appears to only be a bunch of lines ( | ). Then when Im back to console (which I can read fine btw) and type kde to start up X it comes back w/ error of no usable screens or something. So I uninstall the nvidia driver , and reinstall it and it works fine until next reboot. Ive added the noapic and apic=off and nolapic lines to lilo and still happens. Im pretty much stuck and really dont want to have to continueally uninstall and reinstall the driver.

Included the config and log files (which I had to append .txt to - read that should be able to upload .log file - so I dunno)
Attached Files
File Type: txt XF86Config-4.txt (2.6 KB, 181 views)
File Type: txt XFree86.0.log.txt (25.2 KB, 138 views)

well after playing around with some more settings , it seems to be good now (about 5 reboots testing). I tured off the graphical boot so I get the normal verbose booting each time now , and seems to load right up into X with no problems. Maybe this can help some others.

check your bios for assigning IRQ to AGP or PCI something needs to be turned on in BIOS. I had same problem on an MSI motherboard with a GF Ti4200 vid card.
