Default 66.93 drivers : LCD scaling setting not sticking after reboot ?

I have a weird problem with the new 66.93 drivers : any of the LCD scaling settings I choose will not stick after reboot, and will reset to "Monitor scaling".

I like to keep my scaling to "Fixed aspect ratio" because of my widescreen LCD. Any other driver settings appear ok; looks like it's just the LCD scaling that doesn't stick over reboots. I verified that the other LCD scaling options won't stick either, like "Centered output" and "Display adapter scaling".

With the previous 66.71 drivers, the LCD scaling setting would stick after reboot. I verified it's a 66.93 issue by checking this problem after reinstalling 66.71, and then 66.93 again.

Does anyone else have that problem ? I'm wondering what else I could try besides reverting back to 66.71. Maybe a registry setting ? Any help much appreciated!
Thanks.

Same problem here with the 66.93 version. Setting is gone after rebooting.

Thanks Mr Pike! Glad I'm not the only one. This bug is driving me nuts.
Does anyone know if nVidia have a driver feedback/bug e-mail address I can use to report this ? Couldn't find any on their website...
Thanks!

I to have this problem, but I have had it on all drivers ever since I bought my 6800GT... Its a pain in the arse no doubt about that. But in the end the default of letting the monitor scale the image, produced a better picture than when I forced the video card to.

But still now that it seems to be happening to more and more people, its really is something that needs to be looked into. I'm betting its a registry entry that just need tweaking for it to stick.
