NVIDIA gpus are rated for operating temperatures past 120 degrees. Your 95C is high, but not fatal.

wow.. such an old thread revived from the dead. Those temps seems really high. u might want to take apart ur heatsink and see if theres any dust build up. That is usually the culprit for high temps.
