Default +=+= Linux RedHat9 + Nforce2 can't set Network card pls Help,Thnks +=+=

Hi I am a beginner user for linux, I tried to read and install driver for network card but I couldn't,( tried many many times and methods), I might mis somethings,

my spec...
-redhat ,,, it said version 2.40.20-8 something.. I guess I should download driver
NVIDIA_nforce-1.0-0274.rh90up_2.4.20_8.athlon.rpm

I did,

then I run RedHat9 and copy this file to folder and goto that folder
and run
$ rpmbuild --rebuild NVIDIA_nforce-1.0-0274.rh90up_2.4.20_8.athlon.rpm

but it said,..

"expected source something(not sure), found binary "
and
"installed error..

when I went to system setting, I can't see any tab to select my network card
then I have to add by myself and I saw a few choices for realtek but there is no choice for my networkcard,( I use nforce2 on board lan,it said realtek 8201BL...

um if I said something unclear , so sorry abt that, i am not native english speaker :P...

if U guys can give me step by step instructions or some link that explain a bit more details than www.nvidia.com, I would be appreciated.. I am so so stupid abt linux, just use it lately..

much much thanks...
