Default Pre-Order Box *IS* Different...

I thought I was wrong, but I was right. View the image below. You'll notice there *are* differences between the box cover art. The pre-release is on the left, release is on the right. Notice the differences. You have to look close, but they are there.

It because its a pre-order box, no need to fancy it up. It's common at almost all the game shops.

Kamel, the preorders comeptley flopped according to the GameStop guy, infact he told me and i quote "Your the only doom3 preorder we have"

and they had TONS and TONs of those preorder boxes everyware. However he said that most people just steel them off the shelf... anyways id go to some small gamestore and just ask if you can get a few freebie figures ; )

Someone here (not in this thread) was saying that the boxes were identical. I was simply showing that is not the case.

wow, the gamtop by me had like 50 preorders at least. they had them all locked up under a cabinet behind the register. they were the only copies they got in so far too.

Ditto. My gamestop had 50 preorders and the few copies extra were sold immediately upon opening the morning of August 3rd. I was one of the lucky 3.

My gamestop had a good amount of Pre-orders and I live in West Virginia go figure I thought I was the only one with a computer in this area.
