I'm running the 6111 drivers with a 2.6.7 kernel, and my dmesg buffer is filled with hundreds of lines as in the subject. Some of them say 0x3e800070 instead of 0x3f800070, but otherwise all the lines are the same.
The video card is a GeForce 4MX onboard video on an Abit NF7-M mobo. Is this a mis-configuration somewhere, or a conflict? These errors didn't appear in the dmesg buffer before, but I'm not sure if they started when I upgraded to 6111 or if they're the result of some other option I tweaked in the kernel. Any tips that could point me in the right direction to investigate or stop them would be appreciated. |

I never checked before, but now that you mention it - it happens when X starts. The output from 'dmesg' before starting X is normal and has no NVRM lines except the one about loading the nvidia kernel module.
