Well the 6800 series is more effective per clock than the X800. I don't know if this will hold true for the 6600 and X700 since the X700 has 6 vertex pipelines, something I was not aware of.

i too am anxious to find out the prices of these nForce4 SLI boards. i read in CPU magazine though that they probably won't support 7.1 digital audio
![]() i cant imagine the prices would exceed $250. however, im so impressed with nvidia's chipset (in my nforce2) that i would be willing to spend the money. |
