help with XF86config (2 dual vga cards, config error on startx)

Hi:
I've got 4 monitors I'm trying to drive using two nvidia dual port vga cards on Suse Linux 9.0: an AGP based GeForce 5200 and an PCI based GeForce 5200 (Asus V9520 & Jaton 228PCI-Twin).

When executing startx, the primary error I receive is:

(II) Primary Device is: PCI 01:08:0
(WW) NVIDIA: No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:1:8:0) found
...
"(EE) Screen 2 deleted because of no matching config section."

But, that is the correct BusID accordig to lspci:
[suse 5] ~ > lspci | grep -i vga
01:08.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX 5200] (rev a1)
04:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX 5200] (rev a1)

Using nvidia driver version: 1.0-6111
Processor: AMD Athlon 3200+

I can't figure it out -- not sure if there is known driver issue trying to do this. Thanks for any help!
