Any news on Carmack's Quakecon 2004 keynotes?

I heard carmack did a recorded speech(because of his newly born baby, he couldn't attend quakecon this year) on quakecon 2004, it should be over 1hr and quite interesting. Does anyone know where I can get the footage? Many thanks.

It's a hefty download but JC has a lot to say about programming Doom 3. He says his thoughts on NVIDIA and ATI and the features that they're supporting in the future. I haven't downloaded this yet because I'm still getting the Warhammer demo...
