Angry canīt create nvidia kernel module

i just updated my kernel to 2.6.5-7.104-default with SuSE online update function including matching kernel sources

then i tried to reinstall the new nforce drivers and the log file gives me following error:
/bin/sh: line 1: scripts/modpost: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
which means in english file or directory not found
i first removed .config and issued a make cloneconfig same results
anybody yet managed to compile the modules with the same config (SuSE9.1)

heres the complete log:

damn canīt attach log files

ok renamed it
