If you look into your log.txt file, you'll see that it complains about fragment and vertex shaders not supported by your video card :P.
I guess I could try and implement some other lighting algorithms for the GF 4X00 and Radeon 8500-9200 range of cards, but this demo mainly focuses on shadows generation.

My next demo should use nv_fragemnt_program2 (PS 3.0) to generate soft omnidirectional shadows, but like most texture based algorithms, self-shadowing is a huge PITA to get right...

min is more than max or average and frames drawn seems a little low?

I think it's better if you add another pass in which the program just uses vertex shader for the shadow volume(i.e. inserting degenerate quad).
I modified the glsl shader, nulling most of the fragment level operation and only get less than 200 fps. I assume the program is mainly limited by the cpu in this situation.

That was fun! Nice Normal Mapping effects there especially on the elephant (i assume that's what it is right?)

This is with a Pentium M (Banias) 1,6ghz, ATI M11 (Mobility Radeon 9700, with 4 pipes and 128meg DDR Ram) @ 390/220:

Minimum number of frames: 7.91324.
Maximum number of frames: 17.3365.
Average number of frames: 15.031.

Which I think is pretty good compared to what the others with their geforce 5900 series cards got :-)
