stickies....
the stickies are massing in the millions! lol j/k but i was wondering that perhaps we could have a sticky forum. that way forums dont get overloaded with the stickies.

I'm not sure a single forum for all stickies would work too well. Reasons are:
1. They wouldn't be very organized. One could get nude nala, the drudge thread, Doom 3 benchmark thread, and what music are you listening too (that one might have been removed from being a sticky though) all lumped together 2. If every thread in a single forum is a sticky, then none mise well be. Reason is, stickeys stay at the top relative to which one was posted in last. If they're all sticky, there's no difference between that and regular forum threads. It's sort of like with adding emphasis in text. If one were to bold and underline every single word in a document, then it would be as if nothing was emphasized at all  |

I think it just a matter of going through and pruning the old(er) topics. While Far Cry is still popular I don't think it really requires the "sticky" status that it might have, it could simply be demoted back to a normal thread where upon something like HL2 will take its place as "sticked game of the month"

I think some of the stickies need to but cut as well... in some forums I need to scroll have a page before i get to any topics.. and brand new topics are forced to the second page too fast
