Yup, I believe so. They are including a Battlefield Commander class.

The one thing Im hoping for from BF2 or TF2= REAL MISSIONS

I want objectives, I want some scripted events, SOMETHING. Whichever one has real objectives and missions will be the instant winner to me.

Imagine, BF2... one team has a desert base hidden in the dunes, and has some vehicles (limited spawning of vehicles as an option maybe?) and has to attack the enemy base complete with bunkers and defensive (stationary) cannons\turrets\MGs. Maybe have a night version of the map too.

I think after Desert Combat, we need objectives to keep games interesting. Ive been playing the same vehicular team deathmatch (with CTF, although its still basically a death match) for 2 years now, i need something new!

That's kind of like UT Assault mode though. I think Battlefield 2 will stick to objective markers.

I doubt HL2 will disappoint me... mainly because I have no hopes for it to even come out, and I am really doubting if it will be good since so far the only cool part seems to be the gravity gun thing.

I think the graphics on HL2 will disappoint (CS:S doesn't look so hot to me), but the gameplay will be good.
