Hi all,
I'm having a problem where i installed an FX 5700 to replace my existing GeForce 4 Ti4200; the problem i'm having is that X starts, and the picture is distorted much like when you had your modelines wrong. I have madrake 10, with Xfree 4, which should compute those automatically. It doesn't matter what resolution i try to set, the results are the same. Using the xfree86's nvidia driver works fine, but obviously i'd rather use the accelorated one. Any ideas? |
