So far it seems to work just fine with 2.6.6-1.435 on Fedora Core 2. YAY!
And I did a quick port of on of the 3dlabs GLSLANG sample programs and it works. YAY!

THX NVIDIA!

Thumbs up Re: 1.0-6106 for X86-32 thread

Downloaded and installed. Works great so far. I am so happy, I've been hibernating in Windows for a few months until this appeared. Now I'm back on FC2. Yay!

uuhhh, hell. looks great, but same problem as with 5336
(no ALT+FX and shutdown as soon as twinview is activatet)

back to 4363 for kernel 2.6...
(maybe later with new graphic card bios. I will report)

You'll probably need to have a Geforce FX or a 6800.

Code:
[root@thor root]$ cat /proc/driver/nvidia/agp/*

Registers: 0x1f000207:0x00000000
Status: Disabled

AGP initialization failed, please check the ouput
of the 'dmesg' command and/or your system log file
for additional information on this setup problem.
And X still locks up solid weather you I AGPGART or NvAGP.

[sarcasm]
But on the good side, I don't have any badness in pci_find_subsys in my syslog.
[/sarcasm]

I really hoped Nvidia had solved this issue, but alas, they haven't.

Regards
Stephen
