and...how are the trees, grass environment generated? SM3? or other techniques? More facial animation, skeletal animation? Any chance of a benchmark mode as strange as that may sound?

Looks like 2004

but SS are too small so poly count up? them trees and grass...have any new special coding....like instancing?

OK i just saw the 2nd u provided and the courses look spiffy, the foilage seem so much better..i dunno if thats teh JD coke talking...

but anyway I will getithing the 2005 version of this franchise for definates unlike the FIFA series which just sucks compared to Konami Winning 11 series (which graphically is not as superior as teh FIFA version)

Not sure, but the trees and foliage look and animate far better than 2004 ever did...
