I Need Help

guys i have a geforce FX 5200 Pci and i have just installed the drivers but now my screen goes blank when the computer restarted i rember reading somewhere about going into safemode and changing the refresh rate but i dont know how and what to change it too

does ur pc post ? eg do u see a picture at all when u turn the computer on from off?
