man, some 9800xt scoring like 6800gt...
some 9600xt are beating 5950U http://service.futuremark.com/compare?dm05=578 lowly 9550 beating the 5950U http://service.futuremark.com/compare?dm05=434 cheap x600 beating the 5950U http://service.futuremark.com/compare?dm05=347 Highest GF6 Ultra scores 5650 http://service.futuremark.com/compare?dm05=611 Im not going to trust 3dmark05 as a benchmark, just as a nice demo, like speedtree trees of pangea.

Well my rig must be lucky on this new 3dmark05, at 400/1100 i got 5200, and at 410/1170 i got
5312 good enough for me ![]() and unlike some xtpe users with those 8.07's, i get no artifacts at all. Here's hoping nvidia do a little driver tweaking themselves and level things back up soon tho. EDIT: And i'm currently in third spot for the 6800GT on ANY cpu, cool. ![]()

Ah so you're the one who bumped me to 3rd place, lol ![]() i'm guessing you changed your core speed after you loaded 3dm05, there's no way you hit 5600 at 350, i'm guessing 425-450. ![]()

hey less of the boys thankyouverymuch
![]() For the money i paid for the card, i'm quite liking these results, i'm outbenching a lot of xt/xt-pe owners with the 6490 cats who have the same cpu as me, and their cards clocked at 530/530 or higher. ![]() I know it's all just a synthetic, but it's always good to be reminded of the sheer good value of something you've shelled out the cash for.
