We both know that that would never happen whatever clockspeed i'd reach with my barton.

strk: I'd recommend the 66.70 for pure speed.

Hey anybody tried with a Ti series card? Would be darn amusing to see how they score compared to the ill-fated FX5900 series.

i wonder why scores are so low for ultra's with the techreport results.. their ultra gets less than @5000 and you have a GT that scores 5700..

perhaps they are using Nvidia reference default core/clocks .

a side note 3dmark2k05 looks impressive , however it shows how far we are from that quality in games.. it is slideshow mode ,no matter which of the "fastest" hardware you have.

if anyone look not at the virtual futuremark scores but at the game test real ~game performance in FPS..

most people might not see this but i noticed that 3dmark2005 latest GPus barely can get framerates in those games and the "winner" is the one that can get ~2-5 fps more in those . never thought that those diferences will be so significant in a test. if last ATi/NVidia drivers is an indications it will be a driver war from now on .

score: 5015

specs:
Athlon XP 2500+ @ 2.2ghz

btw, why does the online result show a lower core/mem clock than what it really is?

I don't know if Nvidia will be able to catch up to ATI in this particular, benchmark. It seems as though it is complete shader power limited for the time being. Hopefully, a refresh card from Nvidia will be able to counter this though, none of the cards it seems is able to reach an avg of 30fps yet Oh well bring on NV50 and R520 please

Maybe video card with more then 20 GPixels of Fillrate will be able to get 60 FPS in this benchmark hopefully and maybe somewhere in the neighborhood of 80-100 GB/s Bandwidth.

Wish we could this benchmark is complete DX9, so the Ti Series would run none of the game tests period
