FreeBSD 4.10 openGl problems

There are a number of problems with my computer. Games like enemy territory crash a few minutes into playing the game or sometimes when I try to change the game's resolution. Sometimes when I try to run the game again the graphics are all messed up and blocky. Another thing is the opengl screensavers on KDE. Sometimes when I test one of them they only fill up a 1/4 of the screen on the top left, and sometimes the grahics in these screensavers too get blocky and fuzzy-like. I am using a 5900XT and I have applied the patches like it said in the readme. I am also using the newest driver.
