Default Composite TV-Out - Color for a few minutes, then b/w (Geforce MX4000-T64, 1.0-6111)

Thanks to several entries, I got the Composite TV-Out to work fine in color with my old TV, but only for a few minutes. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes, then it goes black and white (slow and smooth, not suddenly). Switching modes doesnt help - it stays like that. After an hour, it works again for a few minutes.

relevant XF86Config parts:
Code:

    Screen "TV"
    InputDevice "Mouse1" "CorePointer"
    InputDevice "Keyboard1" "CoreKeyboard"

EndSection
Section "Screen"

  SubSection "Display"
    Depth 16
# Modes "640x480"
# Modes "720x576_50"
    Modes "800x600"
  EndSubSection
EndSection
Section "Device"
    Identifier "TV"
    Driver "nvidia"
    Option "ConnectedMonitor" "TV"
    Option "NoLogo" "no"
    Option "TVStandard" "PAL-G"
    Option "TVOverscan" "0.9"
    Option "IgnoreEDID" "1"
    Option "UseEdidFreqs" "0"
    Option "TVOutFormat" "COMPOSITE"
    Option "hw cursor" "off"
EndSection
Section "Monitor"
 Identifier "TV"
 Option "DPMS"
 HorizSync 28.0 - 36.0
 VertRefresh 43.0 - 65.0
 # PAL resolutions.

 ModeLine "720x576_60" 32.7 720 744 816 912 576 577 580 597
EndSection
I'm not sure about some Options, but I tried every combination with the same result.
(btw: The "TVOverscan" option works for one mode switch per setting only! If I change it from 0.9 to 0.8 and switch modes, it works again for one time only. Auto-loading "nvidia-settings -l" sets overscan right everytime though - as a workaround.)
