Default Won't compile in 2.6.9-rc3

I've been using this driver for a while and it's been fine. Worked fine in 2.6.8 and and with ck6,8, and 9 patches. Just got the 2.6.9-rc3 and installed w/o any ck patches and the NV drivers won't compile. It errors out saying it can't locate the source, even when I run it with --kernel-source-path=/usr/src/linux. Any help would be awesome!
