You guys sure seem to be getting much better scores than me...maybe Source likes Pentiums better?

I don't have access to any Source engine product, but maybe you can answer a quick question for me: How heavily is the Source VST CPU/System bottlenecked? Maybe someone could test at a couple of resolutions with/without AA (if you have time).

Again, this is just my curiousity, so if you'd rather not, then don't reply!

With 6800 Ultra at stock I got 86FPS at 1600x1200, 4XAA 16xAF, All settings to max, 66.70 drivers.

XTPE at stock is 77fps at same settings with 4.10, cat AI enabled setting standard.

maybe you have optimizations turned off

Im want a 6800U and i'd like to see the difference compared to my card at the same settings and this seems to be a good benchmark.

What make 6800U is it?

Sorry dude, the Geforce went back today, cant help ya. It was a Club-3D, and to hazard a guess I would say the difference would not be that great at those settings if you dont have an extremely fast cpu and mobo. You would see bigger differences in scores once you compare both cards with 4AA and 16AF at 1280xwhatever or higher. ie with your FX try enabling AA and AF from within the game and watch those VST scores plummet!
