i think the sm3.0 was used for the reflection off the water, which is a nice effect. But overall that game screams 2001. =)

Hmm...well...at least it SUPPORTS SM3.0. Granted, it looks like crap, but more support is never a bad thing I guess . You'd think SM3.0 water could at least use pixel shaders, or at the very least bumpmapping, heh. I have no idea what it could possibly use that hardware for...is there even multitexturing in the game?
