Default Twinview Probs with 7676 (had to revert from 8178)

I've experienced choppy audio/video with MythTV playback and I've seen multiple posts saying it's necessary to go back to release 7676 or earlier (I was on 8178). FYI, the playback is noticably smoother. Now that I've installed 7676, Twinview no longer works, although my Xorg.0.log appears to accept the options without complaint.

I've attached my nvidia-bug-report.log and here's my xorg.conf entry (the site won't upload a .conf file):
Section "Device"
BoardName "GeForce4 MX 4000"
BusID "1:7:0"
#Driver "nv"
Driver "nvidia"
Identifier "Device[0]"
VendorName "NVidia"
Option "CursorShadow" "on"
Option "TwinView"
Option "TwinViewOrientation" "Clone"
#Option "MetaModes" "1024x768,640x480"
#Option "MetaModes" "720 x 480,720 x 480"
Option "MetaModes" "800x600,800x600"
Option "ConnectedMonitor" "CRT, TV"
Option "TVStandard" "NTSC-M"
Option "TVOutFormat" "SVIDEO"
EndSection

Thanks,
Charlie Walter
