You're attempting to use the wrong signalling standard.

If you're in the US, make sure you're using NTSC. If you're most anywhere else, PAL is generally the standard.

I have the same problem but changing the tv-format didnt help!
I have a cable S-video(graphic cart out) to scart(tv in) connected.
With the newest graphic drivers I don't get
a picture ( the tv screen is just white),
but if I install the older drivers it works but screen is b&w.
So I've tested with the other output on the graphic cart (composite), now i have color.
but
1. I have to install older graphic drivers and
2. I want to have color with s-video

I have:
Geforce 4 460mx
Intel Pentium 4
Win XP Home
256 Mb DDR Ram

Please can somebody help me?
Ps. sorry about my English

Dvdkhl,

Are You sure that Your TV supports S-Video? Your picture is B&W because Your TV is accepting only composite signal. Try to select other input from Your TV.

Hope it helps,

Jan
