Question Help me get my nvidia drivers working again...

I installed the nvidia drivers a week ago, they were working properly, i loved it.
Today I installed the latest xorg packages, and now nvidia drivers are loaded (lsmod) but there is no hardware acceleration (no 3d). this sucks..

How can I get hardware accel working again?

System:
Fedora Core 3
intel P4 2.53 GHz
1GB RAM
nVidia Geforce 4 MX

the stupid xorg updater also updates your /etc/X11/xorg.conf and resets the driver from nvidia to nv and reenables dri - so check the xorg.conf.

Also reinstall the nvidia drivers as the old opengl libs get removed.
