RIVA TNT2 TV-OUT Scrambled

I am trying to this card working with the TV-Out, the sensing seems to work, and the Monitor works. But If I unplug the monitor and use the S-Video out or Compoiste out, the screen is scrambled.

This is from initial boot, Linux is not even involved yet. I can see kind of when Grub comes up, cause it is a colored blur instead of a black and white blur. Then when X finally loads, I get 2 Giant red horizontal bars.

I Updated bios for my M810LR-H version 5.0 mother board.

Simple AMIBIOS still shows as 2000 tho. (when I plug in the monitor and can actually see the screen)

I want this computer to work with the TV Out only so that I can use it for Myth-TV
