Angry CRT and TV at once

I nave a problem: I want to use CRT monitor and TV in mode TwinView at once. Work on monitore and see films on TV at once. But when I turn on TwinView option, I can see my desktop only on TV. My monitor not give the signal from video-card.
My hardware:
* video-card ASUS V8420 (Geforce4 Ti)
* monitor Sony SDM-S81
* TV - Sony too

Linux: Mandrake Official 10.1
My XF86Config:

Arrow Re: CRT and TV at once

I suspect this is not a software configuration problem.

Many GeForce card manufacturers build the video card with the TV encoder hardwired to the VGA port. This means you can get DVI+TV (but VGA+TV is impossible).

The best test is to see if you can get VGA+TV on a Windows OS. If not, put your CRT on a DVI->VGA adapter on the DVI port, and connect the TV. If you can get the CRT and TV working on Windoze, then at least you KNOW your hardware is capable of what you want.
