Default Nforce 1-0292 for X86-64

i have a Suse 9.2 64 Bit OS and i am using the nForce driver 1-0292.
CPU: Athlon 64 3200 (1MB L2 Cache)
Mainboard: MSI 7030
GeForce FX5900XT

The installation of the driver works, but during shutdown or reboot of the system, the kernel cannot unload the module nvnet. This occurs espacially if the ethernet card is configured with DHCP.
