Add Spybot - Search & Destroy to that list and you should be fine. I use AVG, AD-Aware SE, Spybot S&D, and CCleaner or better known as CrapCleaner.

Note: After doing a bit of research, I found that SpyCatcher Express was causing Creative's EAX Console and Graphics Equalizer applets to error out with a message that the did not support the sound device (SB Audigy 2 ZS). Uninstalling SpyCatcher Express cleared up the problem.

I prefer doin it manually. ( besides the AV, which i use)

I think new mcafee virusscan. is a system resource hog tho. i use v9 home edn.

7-zip for Win64

its a 64-bit compressor/decompressor. winrar is great, but this uses 64 bit, and its blazing fast
