When does it become a good idea to jerk it midway through putting the computer back together? Couldn't hold off a few more minutes to get that video card put in and the case all closed up, huh?

i call bullsh1t.

since water conducts electricity you could **** a card up that way i guess...but to get it under the heatsink on the GPU would take some effort.
