x86-1.0-6629-pkg1.run Debian (testing) and kernel 2.6.8-1-686 problem
I have a problem with installing
on my Debian (testing) with kernel 2.6.8-1-686
it just says no precompiled kernel ...

Hmm, here are "thousend" of threads dealing with this problem....
Anyway, (apt-)get the your kernel's "kernel-source" package, use it to build your own kernel. After you booted it up run NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6629-pkg1.run again and everything (will) hopefully work.
