Default libGL keeps deleted every time I run ldconfig. Help!

I got this weird problem after I updated the kernel to latest one.

every time I run sh NVIDIA-Linux.... The installer panics giving me error messages stating some missing files like libGL.so.1.0.6629 and at the end the installer recommends that I create the symbolic links libGL.so.1 which I do and run level 5. X starts fine at this point but can not rum glxgears because it complains from missing libGL* files although they exist.

every time I do ldconfig, all symbolic links I created for the libGL* gets deleted and I get this message:
# ldconfig
ldconfig: Input file /usr/X11R6/lib64/libXvMCNVIDIA.so.1.0.6629 not found.

ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib/libnvidia-tls.so.1.0.6629 not found.

ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.0.6629 not found.

ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib/libGLcore.so.1.0.6629 not found.

ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib64/libnvidia-tls.so.1.0.6629 not found.

ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib64/libGL.so.1.0.6629 not found.

ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib64/libGLcore.so.1.0.6629 not found.

ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib/tls/libnvidia-tls.so.1.0.6629 not found.

ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib64/tls/libnvidia-tls.so.1.0.6629 not found.
although they all exist. but the symbolic links to them do not anymore.

Any idea what is this?

You're probably seeing a variant of the problem discussed here: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=42990.

Ok it is solved. I disabled selinux then reinstalled nvidia drivers. It looks like the latest updates has SeLinux that has the same problem it used to have before!!
