Default nTune autotuning

There's an option in nTune to automatically optimize memory, disk and graphics performance. What exactly does this do, should I do it and is it reversible ?

BIOS is always the best way to do system overclocking/tuning, Coolbits for video. Software is hardly ever reliable when you're dealing with low-level system adjustments.

If this tweak adjusts frequencies or other things I can change manually I won't do it, but maybe it changes something with nforce drivers or something in the registry, that's why I want to know what it does
