Default Sarge netinst+Nvidia chipset on Asus K8N-E

I've downloaded Sarge net install disk.
It boots, installs kernel, but it can not find my network card, I'm using LAN and it's integrated into Asus K8N-E Deluxe motherboard with Nvidia Chipset.
What is wrong?
The same problem was witk Woody 3.r2, 3.0r3 and others.
at this time i'm using WinXP and it works, but linux does not

P.S.: sorry for mistakes
