check out http://www.hauppauge.com
they have simple WinTV boards for around $50, and professional grade one upwards of $200. It depends how high quality you want the analog capture to be. But Hauppauge makes the most compatible and easiest to install capture cards out there.

I got the LeadTek TV 2000 XP Deluxe from Newegg.com for $60 and its awesome ... just download the newest drivers from LeadTek's site and everything is awesome.
Very nice picture quality, and a nice feature list. You won't be disappointed. - mike
