Default Via 4.40 AGP driver

Anybody have it? I'm curious to give it a shot, but the link is dead (makes you wonder if anyone even checks the links before stuff gets posted, but then I remember that this ISN'T /. )....

using it on 3 computers, its legit, no problems, but no noticeable improvements.
