Some Thief quotes, particularly from Benny are memorable:

Benny upon seeing another guard dead (or unconscious) "Are you alright? No, of course you're not alright, sorry!"

from a TDS mission between Lord Ember and his guard:

Lord Ember: "Straighten up there, you disgusting hunchback!"
Guard: "Yes SIR!" (and after Lord Ember goes away) "Idiot".
