Some EQ2 pics...

Hi, after all the complaint about EQ2 and its performance, id thought id share my EQ2 exprience.. wich is awsome :P. The pics in the thread are taken on my PC and its all running VERY good considering im a FPS freak. (25+ fps). I have shadows enabled when soloing or am with a small group.

P.S. That memoryleak is almost gone for me.. try setting detail LOD to medium or low (sets the detail for object farther away from u,u hardly see a difference and saves a heap of memory) and dont set distance view to max escesially in dungeons (i have it at lowerst then). U dont have to have the complete dungeon to be rendered while u cant see all the halls from your current position... just a tip.

You know, no matter how much I play the game, it always looks so dam good. Just wish they would fix the SK Class already...

Despite the fact that it really DOES run poorly, it does look pretty good, especially for an MMORPG. I'm interested in seeing how this game runs once I get my new system.

BTW, what's the petclass of Everquest 2? I've been considering making a new character since I'm getting bored of fighters.

@ Edge, mayb it runs poorly for u but doesnt mean it runs poor for all.. I could make a video of the action but wouldnt know where to host it... anyways in the thread above, scroll to bottum... had some hosting troubles..
