wow. i have been playing thsi game and i'm not done with it, but holy cow.. this is fun. it may not be the best game in the world, but the action is EXTREMELY intense and i am having a blast. they did a pretty darn good job with the AI team that you are with. they are pretty smart and i like that if i die they can come revive me. i havent had this much fun since the HaloPC game. this is a blast to play. whew!

Just finished the game and I must say it was one fun ride. There were some very difficult parts along the way, but nothing impossible that would require a cheat (e.g. Farcry). I could see how some might see the ending as anti-climactic, but this game is supposed to fill in the blanks from EpII to EpIII. In that respect, I thought the ending was great and it makes the anticipation for EpIII even stronger.

One other neat little thing about this game is the unlocking of special behind-the-scenes features of how the game was made. I believe Riddick started this (haven't played it), but it should be put into all games (well, the interesting ones at least ). All in all, I would say that this is definitely the first great game of 2005, period.

*ahem*, Resident Evil 4 (and yes, I know you were probably talking about PC games only, but I'm a correct-aholic ). And yeah, the commentaries are nice, although that's a feature that's been around for a while.

Any news on if this game is going to be moddable at all? Since it runs on the Unreal engine they probably were just using a modified version of UnrealEd. But unfortunatly I have a feeling that they won't be releasing it to the public.
